Information we collect

When you submit an order request we collect your full name, salon name, email address, phone number, salon address, preferred website theme, the products you want to sell and any notes you provide.

When you submit a review we collect your name and, if you provide them, your salon name and city.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payments are made by Interac e-Transfer directly through your own bank.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to contact you about your order, design and build your website, deliver it, and provide support afterwards.

We may email you about the status of your build or to request assets such as logos and product photos. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Information is shared only with the service providers required to host and operate this website and its database, and only to the extent needed to deliver your order, or where required by Canadian law.

Storage and security

Order and review records are stored in a secured database. Access to that data is restricted to our administrators through a protected admin area. We keep order records for as long as needed to support your website and to meet our accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Covaprem@outlook.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Reviews

Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly. Only the name, salon, city, rating and text you submit are published. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

Cookies

This website uses a single secure session cookie for the administrator login area. It contains no personal information about visitors and is not used for advertising or tracking.
